1 year ago today I posted this picture and wrote this caption knowing how hard Josh was fighting for his life. I live each day with this reminder and I hope you can too...

"Simply thankful for your existence each and every day. No matter how good or bad you have it, wake up each day thankful for your life. Someone somewhere else is desperately fighting for theirs..."
